Books Alive 2008 - 50 Books You Can't Put Down

 

Have you ever gone into a library and stared at the shelves, knowing there are hundreds of fabulous reads but you just don’t know where to find them? If this sounds like you, then the Books Alive campaign might just kick start your reading journey.


Melbourne Library Service is participating in the Books Alive 2008 campaign: 50 Books You Can’t Put Down.


Books Alive is a government initiative to encourage everyone to experience the joys of reading. It is Australia’s largest annual reading promotion.


To add some extra inspiration to your reading, Melbourne Library Service invite you to meet and hear two of Australia's finest authors:
