You will receive notification via email when your card is ready for collection
Your card will be available for collection at the library you nominate

When collecting your card please ensure that you bring evidence of your current Victorian address, for a list of acceptable forms of identification please see Joining and Borrowing Information.

You will require a PIN to place reservations and to access your record online. Please note that the default PIN is the last four digits of your telephone number. If you would prefer to specify a different number please do so on the application form.
